A brand new versatile dredging vessel is departing from the SCO HID shipyard.
The customer will utilize this adaptable machine for river treatment, removing biomass, extracting trees, dredging excessive mud, and clearing invasive aquatic plants and debris.
Amphibious Dredger with interchangeable tools:
Backhoe Dredging:
Stable independent anchoring with four stabilizers
The optimal depth for backhoe dredging is between 0 and 4.5 meters
Various tools available: 600-liter bucket with teeth, 700-liter bucket without teeth, clamshell bucket
Piling:
The Clay Emperor can grab piles from the side, allowing for handling of longer piles.
Cutter Suction Dredging:
1. The Clay Emperor's advanced Cutter Pump significantly improves pumping efficiency, increasing pumping time by 50% to 100% compared to traditional machinery.
2. The submersible pump allows for work in very shallow waters or even from dry land.
3. The maximum pumping distance is 1.2 km.
4. The Clay Emperor remains fully amphibious while operating with the Cutter Pump.
Weed Raking:
The Clay Emperor's rake attachment is a 2.75-meter wide tool designed to remove both floating and rooted trash and vegetation.
Suitable Working Area:
Restore shallow waterways and shorelines.
Remove vegetation with roots in internal rivers and lakes.
Remove polluted sediment.
