HID Dredger Shipyard 2026 "Iron Army Empowerment" Themed Team-Building Event Successfully Held.

To further enhance team cohesion, relieve high-intensity production pressure, and create a positive corporate culture atmosphere, from July 31 to August 1, 2026, HID Dredger Shipyard organised a large-scale outdoor team-building expansion activity themed "Uniting Strength, Overcoming Challenges, Working Together."

As a key domestic dredging equipment manufacturer, HID shipyard employees are used to working alongside blueprints, welding sparks, and huge ships. This team-building event was held at an expansion base in Shanxi Province, aiming to let the craftsmen who usually work next to the "steel giants" temporarily put down their welding torches and blueprints and showcase another side of themselves in the natural and competitive setting.

At the beginning of the event, General Manager Wang gave an enthusiastic speech. He stated: "First-class ships come from a first-class team. HID aims not only to build dredging equipment that is a 'national treasure' but also to forge a talent 'iron army' that listens to the party, wins battles, and maintains excellent conduct. Today's team-building is not just a physical and mental relaxation, but also to prepare for better teamwork tomorrow on the slipway and at the dock." As night fell, a unique "HID Starry Bonfire Evening" brought the event to its peak. Everyone sat around the fire, enjoying BBQ they had cooked themselves, as departments took turns performing self-written art shows. From adaptations of classic shipyard labour chants to humorous skits reflecting frontline life, applause was constant. Under the blazing bonfire, usually serious engineers and humble welders held hands and danced together, creating a strong sense of 'family culture' throughout the camp. The successful holding of this team-building activity is a vivid practice of HID Dredger Shipyard in building harmonious labour relations and creating a happy enterprise.
