Thanks to its powerful pumping system, intelligent positioning system and optimized hull design, the vessel has achieved continuous high-capacity output under complex working conditions, earning high praise from the project party.

The soil in the construction area this time is hard and the silt returns quickly. Traditional dredgers often need to be frequently shut down for adjustment. The HID dredger is equipped with a combination of a new generation of high-power mud pumps and double-shell wear-resistant pipes, which can easily handle dense silt and sandy soil layers. Data shows that under full-load operation, its hourly output remains stable at over 4,000 cubic meters, an increase of approximately 18% compared to similar equipment, truly achieving "digging and conveying simultaneously, and conveying and high output simultaneously".

The intelligent cutter control system integrated into the hull played a key role. This system can monitor the cutting resistance in real time and automatically adjust the lowering depth and rotational speed to avoid jamming and idling. As a result, the effective daily operation time of a single vessel is extended to 22 hours, and the equipment utilization rate is as high as 92%.
