HID's international sales team successfully concluded a global customer visit.
Recently, HID Shipyard's international sales team successfully completed a special two-week, three-continental in-depth visit program – the "Old Customers, New Directions" initiative. Led by Ms. Bella, HID Shipyard's International Sales Director, the team visited multiple cities, conducting on-site visits and business negotiations with several strategic partners.
During the fluctuations in global dredging projects over the past two years, communication between HID and its customers has largely relied on online meetings. This visit marked HID's first large-scale overseas return visit with a high-level team since the market returned to normal.
During the visit to the customer's headquarters, the team, accompanied by the customer, boarded a relay pumping station built and delivered by HID to inspect the vessel's operational status. The customer reported on-site that, "After two years of high-load operation, the weld precision of the HID hull and the adaptability of the ballast water treatment system have exceeded expectations." The sales team recorded the crew's subtle suggestions for improvement and promised to directly relay these "first-hand voices" to HID's design institute.
This international visit not only solidified HID's order backlog but also sent a powerful signal: amidst a global shipbuilding capacity crunch, HID is focusing not only on order volume but also on customer experience.
Bella, HID's International Sales Director, stated at the debriefing meeting: "HID's growth is inseparable from the support of our long-term customers. Whether in stormy weather or sunny days, HID's commitment remains unchanged—to safeguard every dredging project for our customers with reliable vessels."
