The signing of a cooperation agreement with the Kyrgyz Dredging team in the summer of 2023, after sophisticated on-water surveys, field project visits, and meetings between Chinese and Kyrgyz engineers, resulted in the final decision to use the amphibious multi-purpose dredger, which is a sister ship to the SCO HID-CE 300 previously delivered to Russia.
