SCO HID cutter-suction dredger has successfully arrived in Southeast Asia!

The CSD has a pipe diameter of 650 mm and is known for its reliability, fuel efficiency and low maintenance costs. It is the largest standard cutter suction dredger, capable of reaching a depth of 25 meters. Commissioned by MURR Group, one of Indonesia's largest companies, the cutter suction dredger will play a key role in waterway maintenance.
Its role mainly includes the following aspects:
1. Dredging and dredging: The channel is affected by sea currents, waves and other factors for a long time, which is easy to accumulate silt, sediment and other debris, resulting in blockage of the channel and affecting the passage of ships. The cutter suction dredger can absorb and clean up silt, sediment and other debris in the channel through its strong suction and digging ability to keep the channel smooth.
2. Channel repair: When the channel is damaged or deformed, the cutter suction dredger can carry out repair operations to restore the original shape and depth of the channel by digging and filling, etc., to ensure the safe passage of dredgers.
3. Channel deepening: In order to meet the needs of large dredgers, the channel needs to be deepened. The cutter suction dredger can deepen the channel depth and improve the navigability and safety of the channel by digging the sediment and silt in the depth of the seabed.
4. Channel maintenance: cutter suction dredger can also regularly carry out maintenance operations on the channel, clean up debris and obstacles on the seabed, ensure the cleanliness and safety of the channel, and provide a good environment for the passage of dredgers.
