SCO HID, in Deep Cooperation with OKM

SCO HID, in deep cooperation with OKM, a quality dredging company in the Maldives, delivered two SCO HID-CSD-5522 cutter suction dredgers in a period of two years for the construction of a large airport on reclaimed land in the Maldives.

Thanks to the efficient operation of SCO HID's dredgers, working 16 hours a day, the works were completed in less than a year, followed by the construction of the "GAN" airport, which successfully completed the works ahead of schedule and saved OKM valuable time.

We are proud of the achievements of the airport construction project, but it does not mean that everything is smooth.

This was a difficult and exciting cutter suction dredger installation, limited by terrain conditions and natural weather, the installation work became very difficult. The technical team with many years of installation experience actively tried a variety of installation solutions, and finally succeeded, which made all the personnel present surprised.
