Night operations pose a great challenge to both equipment performance and personnel skills. Engineer Li, the project leader of HID Shipyard, introduced, "The intelligent dredging system independently developed by our shipyard, combined with advanced photoelectric positioning and three-dimensional real-time monitoring technology, ensures precise construction even under extremely low visibility conditions."

Traditional dredging operations are mostly carried out during the day, but the cutter suction dredger of HID Shipyard has achieved 24-hour uninterrupted safe operation capabilities through multiple technological innovations.

It is learned that this cutter suction dredger is participating in the expansion project of a key national port. It can dig and transport about 3,500 cubic meters of mixture per hour, which is equivalent to the volume of a standard swimming pool. Its outstanding night operation capability is expected to shorten the original three-month construction period to be completed within two months.
