SCO HID's field installation engineers, standing their last shift, efficiently and successfully completed the installation task in Southeast Asia in advance.
The main work content is as follows:
1. Design and planning: Consider the installation position, layout, connection mode, etc. of the dredger to ensure the smooth installation process.
2. Installation and commissioning: Installation engineers are responsible for the installation and commissioning of on-site equipment.
3. Quality control: Installation engineers are responsible for the quality control of equipment during installation.
4. Problem solving: Timely analyze the causes of problems, propose solutions, and coordinate relevant personnel to deal with them to ensure that the project can be completed on time.
5. Document records: Record key information in the installation process in a timely manner, including construction progress, quality inspection, and problem solving process.
The installation engineer's work involves many aspects such as dredger installation, commissioning, quality control, problem solving, etc., and requires professional technical knowledge and practical experience to ensure that the dredger installation process goes smoothly and the dredger can operate normally. They played an important role in the dredging project and played a key role in the successful implementation of the Southeast Asian project.
As excellent senior engineers selected from SCO HID factory, John and Sam were under great work pressure. June was the local rainy season, and they would encounter various hardships during the installation process. Fortunately, thanks to the rich experience of the engineers and the right cooperation of the local dredging project staff, the installation work was completed ahead of schedule.
